uration, next-generation smart battery technology, contactless cargo drop-off capabili-

ty, and a built-in parachute. Canary has a maximum payload of 4.5 kg and a top speed

of 80 km/h.

• Precision and accuracy: The Canary drone showcases how advanced drone technolo-

gy can enhance delivery precision. It is equipped with real-time communication and

tracking systems, and is managed by Drone Delivery Canada’s proprietary FLYTE

software platform, enabling accurate deliveries even to remote locations.

• The contactless cargo bay drop-off function allows Canary to deliver goods without

landing, whether to hospitals, disaster zones, or even customers’ backyards. With a

relatively small payload capacity of 4.5 kg, Canary is ideal for last-mile deliveries of

packages, medical tests, pharmaceuticals, emergency kits, small items, and mail.
