The Company hereby announces:

CHU,TAI-HUA (朱泰樺, Charles Chu) and CHANG,LIN-CHIANG (張臨江, Larry Chang) have been removed from all positions within the Company, effective March 2026.

Any actions or representations made by the aforementioned individuals shall have no relation to, and shall not be binding upon, the Company.
